Since 1909, the SHL Swiss Hotel Management School Lucerne has been the practice-oriented training institution for hospitality management, providing young, success-oriented students with access to the national and international hotel and gastronomy sector.
As part of a pilot project, we collaborated with the Head of Shared Services, Thomas Schuhmacher to equip the SHL campus in Lucerne with two new study areas. These workspaces were designed to promote the interaction between students while conducting group work. Such interactivity is increasingly considered one of the most valuable learning methods.
